Job Description:

1. Conduct regular physical verification of company assets, including but not limited to machinery, equipment, and real estate.
2. Maintain an up-to-date asset register, recording acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation accurately.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies for asset management.
4. Collaborate with relevant departments to track the movement and condition of assets.
5. Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts, including checking, savings, and investment accounts.
6. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between the company\'s records and bank statements.
7. Record and classify banking transactions accurately in the accounting system.
8. Prepare reports on bank reconciliation status for management review.
9. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
10. Provide accurate financial data to support decision-making processes.
11. Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
12. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
13. Provide necessary documentation and explanations for asset-related and bank reconciliation matters.
14. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve asset management and bank reconciliation processes.
15. Recommend and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
