Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Level HCM Consultant to join our SAP department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. This role requires a thorough understanding of SAP HCM processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. SAP HCM Implementation and Configuration
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and others.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
- Customize and configure the SAP HCM system to meet business needs and requirements.
2. System Maintenance and Support
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the SAP HCM system, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Perform regular system updates and upgrades to ensure the SAP HCM environment is up-to-date and secure.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.
3. User Training and Support
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient use of the SAP HCM system.
- Create user manuals, training guides, and other support materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption.
4. Project Management
- Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP HCM-related projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to senior management.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for system and process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize the SAP HCM system.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirement:
- Bachelor\\\'s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with SAP HCM modules, including configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM customization, including PA, OM, TM, and PY.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in SAP HCM is a plus.
