Job Qualification: MBBS with MPH / MS Healthcare Management / MBA will be preferred.

Job Experience: 8 to 10 years experience with a reputed hospital.

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure smooth and successful day-to-day clinical operations of the hospital and coordinate with Heads of Departments / Consultants for availability of Medical Officers / Consultants in the OPD as per scheduled timings for quality patient care.
• To participate in the strategic and operational planning process for enhancing healthcare services by adding new services/facilities related to the patient.
• Execute a plan for the administration of patient care in the wards/ IPDs by following best healthcare practices and coordinating with Consultants and Nursing Services for best patient care through regular day and evening rounds and ensuring professional support of staff, arranging patient diagnostics within defined timelines.
• To ensure continuous quality improvement program which includes monitoring and evaluation of patient care activities and patient services with timelines to assess the efficiency of corrective measures.
