  • Train and retain Individual service team members to satisfy clients\' Need.
  • Direct and Oversees a college\'s operational activities through its Management Team.
  • Liaise with the top management to ensure the effective and efficient usage of resources and achieve desired outcomes.
  • The revenue collection of all the franchisers.
  • Handling complaints and queries.
  • Helping to build good client relations.
  • Determine client service requirements by maintaining contact with clients.
  • Identify new clients for franchises in all our regions.
  • Initiate and manage all the social media campaigns for a development perceptive.
  • Prepare reports, and analysis of primary data gathered from student, faculty and employer surveys.
