We are seeking experienced Project Coordinators to join our team for our upcoming Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TEVT) Program. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Director to ensure the successful execution of short course programs within the TEVT framework.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Project Director to execute project goals and objectives.
• Coordinate all aspects of the short course programs, including scheduling, logistics, and resource management.
• Act as a liaison between instructors, university departments, and students to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
• Manage program schedules to ensure timely delivery of courses and activities.
• Oversee logistical arrangements, including venue booking, equipment procurement, and participant accommodations.
• Monitor program progress and address any issues or challenges that arise during implementation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with TEVTA and NAVTTC guidelines and regulations.
• Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders on program status and achievements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree with 16 years of education.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing TEVT Technical and Vocational training projects.
• Previous experience with TEVTA and NAVTTC training programs preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
