Job Qualification: Master’s/MBA  from HEC recognized institute.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies by coordinating with Riphah Marketing and NCUK Manchester business development and placement team to attract potential students to the NCUK program.
  2. Ensure that all marketing and promotional materials are up-to-date and accurate in accordance with the NCUK branding guidelines.
  3. Manage the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, making admissions decisions, and issuing offered letters.
  4. Coordinate with NCUK Manchester Business Development team to formulate effective marketing and placement strategy and to develop and maintain relationships with NCUK partner Universities, arranging webinars on admissions procedure, eligibility criteria and offering programs of the respective Universities.
  5. Engage agents, and other stakeholders to promote the NCUK program to increase enrolment and to plan and execute events and information sessions to promote the program to prospective students and their families.
  6. Provide support and guidance to students throughout the academic session, regarding the progression of NCUK students to its partner Universities.
  7. Guide and write personal statements and initiate UCAS application of all NCUK progressing students.
  8. Provide guidance and support to students on visa applications and ensure that all visa requirements are met.
  9. Coordinate with NCUK partner Universities to identify job opportunities and facilitate student placements.
  10. Monitor and report to Director Marketing Riphah on enrollment and retention rates, as well as student satisfaction and success at the center.
  11. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, admissions, progression, visa guidance, and student placement.
  12. Coordinate with NCUK Academics for the progression process.
  13. Report to Director Marketing Riphah and any other task assigned by the Director Marketing.
