Job Qualification: BS Surgical / BS Operation Theatre/ Diploma in Surgical/Diploma in Operation Theatre.

Job Experience: Applicants must possess a Bachelor\'s degree with 3 - 4 years of experience or a Diploma with 5 - 8 years of experience to be considered for the position.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling surgical procedures and coordinating operating room availability
2. Managing surgical team schedules and assignments
3. Preparing patient charts and documentation for surgery
4. Ensuring availability of necessary surgical instruments and equipment
5. Coordinating with other departments for pre-operative and post-operative care
6. Maintaining accurate records of surgical procedures and outcomes
7. Managing inventory of surgical supplies and equipment in the OT
8. Coordinating with anesthesia providers for patient care during surgery
9. Handling communication with patients and families regarding surgical scheduling and preparations
10. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols in the OT
11. Assisting with quality improvement initiatives related to surgical processes and outcomes
