We are seeking an experienced and skilled “Assistant Manager PSD” to lead our Patient Services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee patient services, ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient services
• Manage patient feedback and complaints, resolving issues promptly
• Supervise and mentor patient services staff
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in patient services or healthcare management
