  • Design and deliver hands-on, comprehensive training programs focused on performance management and the use of software such as Microsoft Teams, Teamflect, and Excel.
  • Provide personalized support to ensure staff successfully enter goals, sub-goals, and updates into the system.
  • Train supervisors on how to access, view, and monitor the performance metrics of their subordinates using the provided tools.
  • Create step-by-step guides and learning materials to aid team members and supervisors in using performance management tools.
  • Work closely with team members to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and offer ongoing support as needed.
  • Travel to various sites and ensure that site-based teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to manage their performance goals independently and efficiently.
  • Offer follow-up training sessions and refreshers to ensure consistent use of performance management tools across all locations.
