Job Title: CSSD Executive

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Surgical, Operation Theatre, or CSSD.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1-2 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a diploma with 4-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations within the CSSD Department.
• Conduct routine quality control tests to ensure compliance with sterilization standards.
• Clean, calibrate, and maintain sterilization equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to meet their sterile equipment needs.
• Stay updated on best practices and advances in CSSD processes.
• Respond promptly to requests for sterile equipment, especially in emergencies.
• Inspect medical instruments for cleanliness, integrity, and functionality.
• Package, wrap, and label sterilized instruments and equipment accurately.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and equipment maintenance schedules.
