Job Requirements:
- Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry, with a solid track record of achieving sales targets and business development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is preferred.
- Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are critical.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of commercial credit, real estate investment strategies including REITs, and current market conditions.
- Capabilities: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, alongside robust skills in market research and strategy implementation.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and own all business strategies and plans, aiming to meet and exceed organizational sales goals. Prepare comprehensive forecasts, KPI reporting, and financial models for strategic planning.
- Team Collaboration and Development: Lead, train, and manage the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with the organization objectives and sales targets.
- Sales Execution: Maintain full visibility of the sales pipeline and actively manage accounts to foster long-term business relationships. Ensure achievement of sales goals through direct involvement in customer negotiations and sales strategies.
- Market Expertise: Stay abreast of market trends and maintain expert knowledge in real estate practices. Leverage industry insights to offer competitive solutions to clients.
- Relationship Management: Establish and nurture key partnerships and business relationships, both internally and externally, to enhance business growth and the organization market position.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage in community and industry-related events to bolster the organization public image and expand business networks.
