  • Manage marketing activities/campaigns in line with the marketing plan in target markets. Build strong and lasting relationships with current and prospective students, families, faculty, staff, agents, Partners and other external institutions.
  • Work closely with the Communications team to ensure that all communication is aligned with the communication/marketing strategy for admissions. Build strong relationships with prospective students and influencers in the region.
  • Establish opportunities and develop strategies to maximize outreach and brand awareness. Design an execution plan for marketing events/relations in the region.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with partner institutions, or assist relevant departments. Create marketing strategies that build customer loyalty, brand recognition and customer satisfaction. Conducting outreaches at targeted schools and institution to generate leads and ensuring a healthy conversation rate.
  • Presentation to large audiences. Prepare and participate in recruiting events for Lahore and other cities.
  • Manage key channel accounts and partnerships in Pakistan to achieve enrollment targets for all partner international universities.
  • Develop and execute engagement campaigns and acquisition strategies, including: web, email, social media and advertising targeting to increase traffic to the website and general leads.
  • Provide reporting to senior leadership team on sales, market trends, potential and current lead sources and strategic partnerships. Outreach with schools systems, colleges, universities, learning providers and other partners. Plan and execute Open Houses/counselor symposium/ marketing training for students & affiliates/career counselors & principals of schools/colleges/ ALP representatives respectively.
  • Rapidly expand channel network across Pakistan. Conducting online webinars and training events. Maintain a data-driven approach to recruitment & training, monitoring enrollment & training trends and reporting on all phases of recruitment & training to the Country Manager, Pakistan utilizing technology systems. Maintain maximum levels of product knowledge and market intelligence. Travel extensively to attend training, recruitment & outreach activities, seminars, conferences and meetings throughout Pakistan.
