Project Manager Technical / Vocational Education and Training Projects

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of the TEVT Program, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
  • Efficiently manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, outlining key deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress closely, identifying and addressing any potential risks or deviations from the plan in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, and community partners, to foster effective communication and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management, providing insights into project performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain strict adherence to project budget constraints, tracking expenses and implementing cost-saving measures as necessary.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the project team, promoting accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to technical and vocational education and training, incorporating relevant insights into project strategies and initiatives.

Experience Requirements:

Essential: A minimum of 7 to 9 years of proven experience in effectively managing Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TEVT) projects.

Managerial Skills Predominantly towards Allied Healthcare, Medical Imaging Technology, Radiology, Medical Laboratory Technology. Operation Theater Technology.

Mandatory: 16-year Qualification from HEC recognized institution.  

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in managing TEVTA (Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority) and NAVTTC (National Vocational & Technical Training Commission) training programs.
