Responsibilities:

• Report Writing and Documentation: Prepare accurate and timely meeting minutes and Draft reports and summaries for the events
• Development and Design of Promotional Material: Create brochures, flyers, social media posts, and other promotional content.
• Coordinate with the design team or independently handle design tasks (Canva, Photoshop etc.).
• Tarbiyah Repository (Website) Management: Handle the daily operations and maintenance of the WordPress-based Tarbiyah Repository.
• Upload and organize content including videos, documents, and images.
• Regularly update daily activities and ensure website content remains current and well-organized.
• Online Course Development: Assist in developing and setting up online courses on platforms such as Coursera, Teachable, or similar.
• Coordinate with content developers and technical teams to ensure smooth course deployment.
• Coordination and Communication: Serve as a liaison with RIMS.
• Coordinate with the Marketing department for promotional campaigns, content sharing, and outreach activities.
• Social Media Handling: Handles YouTube Channel, LinkedIn and Other Social Media platforms for Tarbiyah.

Job Skills Required:

• Strong writing and documentation skills (English and Urdu preferred).
• Graphic designing capabilities.
• Familiarity with WordPress website management.
• Understanding of online course platforms and e-learning structures.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, IT, Media Sciences, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of Islamic values and organizational Tarbiyah principles is a plus.
