Oversee and manage daily janitorial operations for assigned facilities.
Lead and train a team of janitorial staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
Handle inventory management, including ordering and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment.
Address any client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
Maintain safety and compliance with health regulations and company standards.
