1. Develop effective lesson plans, assessment papers, and learning support material for the relevant subjects to cover the prescribed curriculum courses.

2. Plan & Organize training & development for college academic staff of his/her subjects.

3. Must be familiar with learning pedagogy and Bloom’s taxonomy and have a sound knowledge of BISE paper patterns for Punjab, Federal, and KPK Boards.

4. May conduct visits to campuses to provide on job support to the teachers (as and when needed) and provide support to the teachers and students regarding quality teaching.

5. Guide teachers about best paper setting and paper checking techniques by auditing papers sharing reports and conducting sessions with RIC Intermediate or Associate Degree Program students regarding their subjects.
