Project Officer - TEVT Program

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the short course programs, including scheduling, logistics, and resource management.
  • Liaise effectively with instructors, university departments, and students to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the TEVT program, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of program policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Monitor program progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on program activities, achievements, and challenges for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s degree with 16 years of education in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience of 1 to 2 years in working on TEVT Technical and Vocational training projects.
  • Previous experience in managing TEVTA and NAVTTC training programs is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
