Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: Feb 18, 2025)

  1. To collect the demands of all types from departments.
  2. To process all types of demands in SAP as purchase requisition after perusal by the Administration Head.
  3. To operate SAP software for process of requisitions as Inventory Operator.
  4. Will be responsible to collect the items as per specification of requisition from vendor.
  5. To keep and manage all file record related to store.
  6. Will be responsible to make GRNs.
  7. To prepare issue vouchers in SAP.
  8. To keep and update store inventories.
  9. To coordinate with Procurement.
  10. Store and release supplies or equipment.
  11. Compile the records of the supplies.
  12. Checking the supplies from time to time.
  13. Record the number and the kinds of supplies.
  14. Disseminate the supply in its designated areas.
  15. Securing the status of each supply.
