Customer Service Excellence:
Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and visitors.
Information Management:
Maintain accurate and current knowledge of university programs and policies.
Registration Support:
Assist students with the registration process and ensure compliance with requirements.
Conflict Resolution:
Skillfully handle conflicts and find effective solutions.
Communication Skills:
Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails.
Appointment Management:
Efficiently schedule and coordinate appointments with students and staff.
Record Keeping:
Maintain organized and confidential records of student interactions.
Payment Processing:
Handle student fee payments accurately and according to procedures.
Orientation Facilitation:
Conduct campus orientation sessions for new students.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other university departments to enhance overall student support services.
