Key Job responsibilities:

  • To provide general management and professional direction for comprehensive facilities management that includes facilities maintenance and repairs, facilities renovation, and utility distribution etc. with a proactive approach and monitor system to achieve Zero Complaints;
  • To achieve a successful Complaints Management system for each function of operations through a complaints log system for achieving work done report within the minimum timeframe and ensure effective implementation of technology integration and hospital operations via SAP;
  • To conduct periodic inspections of buildings, evaluate the complexity of any needed repairs to determine the best solution, project job cost, and oversee the implementation of approved procedures to ensure the ongoing efficient operation of hospital buildings
  • To determine methods and solutions for complex electrical engineering problems and select the most efficient and economical manner to meet the objectives

  • To oversee the daily operation and maintenance of Power Generator, Utilities System including water, gas, plumbing, carpentry, civil works, electrical power distribution, and panel;
