Sports and Events Coordinator

Sports & Tournaments (100%): 



  • Organize and coordinate sports tournaments, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant coordination.

  • Ensure the smooth execution of sports events and handle any issues or concerns that may arise during tournaments.

  • Oversee the distribution of sports equipment to teams and individuals as needed.


Events & Festivals (100%): 



  • Plan and execute various events and festivals, coordinating all logistics, vendors, and participants.

  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and allocation of resources.

  • Collaborate with team members to create engaging and memorable events.


Tours & Visits: 



  • Coordinate and plan educational tours and visits for students and staff.

  • Handle all logistical arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and itinerary planning.


All kinds of Departmental Events: 



  • Support various departmental events and activities within the organization as needed.


Convocation/Farewell Parties: 



  • Organize Convocation/farewell parties for outgoing students, creating a positive and memorable experience.


 International Days Celebrations: 



  • Plan and execute celebrations for international days, fostering a multicultural and inclusive environment.

  • All other work related to university matters assigned by Head SSD.
