The role involves overseeing student usage, assisting teachers with tech support during lessons, implementing cybersecurity measures, and ensuring a safe and productive environment for learning. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in computer troubleshooting and basic network management
• Strong communication and supervisory skills

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree.
