You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote and elevate the brand of Riphah Healthcare Services. Your primary focus will be on creating and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the effective communication of our healthcare services to the target audience. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, market trends, and a creative approach to developing impactful marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling and effective marketing materials.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels. Monitor and uphold the organization\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s brand standards and guidelines.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee the organization\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s online presence, including website content, social media, and online advertising. Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, referring physicians, and community partners. Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Event Management: Plan and execute healthcare events, seminars, and conferences to promote services and engage with the community.
- Evaluate the success of events and make recommendations for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about healthcare regulations and ensure all marketing materials comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s with marketing background from HEC recognized institute with relevant 3 years of experience preferably with hospitals.
