Job Qualification:
- Master/MBA degree (local/International) in HRM background from HEC recognized institute.
- SAP HCM experience is a plus.
- Understanding Academia will be preferred.

Job Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of proven track record at managerial or senior level in Human Capital. Expertise in HCM Operations, Data Analytics, Labor / Employment Laws. Having strong knowledge of HR systems, SAP HCM knowledge and SHRM/CIPD certification will be preferred. Understanding of labor laws and compliance related to HR industry will be a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to developing organization wide HR strategy.
- Designing and implementing organization HR policies.
- Supervising Payroll and Benefits (Payroll, EOBI, Social Security, Health & Life Takaful Fuel Cards etc.)
- Manage different sites HR Operations through dedicated HR resources.
- Manage and update Master data of employees in SAP HCM
- Compliance of HR policies and procedures and responsible for all HR audits and regulatory requirements
- Manage digital copies of employee personal files in SAP HCM
- Manage organization’s HR systems (SAP HCM, Fiori /Employee portal, performance management system etc.).
- Preparation of organization wide HR budget, and its controlling and Monitoring.
- Manage and update workload for different units.
- Addressing employees’ queries (e.g., on compensation and labor regulations).
- Work on standardization of KPIs and evaluating key HR metrics for monitoring performance.
