Prepare and execute five year Tarbiyah Plan.
Ensure implementation of RAS Framework and related measures.
Provide religious counseling and guidance to students, faculty and staff.
Take measures in infusing Islamic Ethical values across all campuses of the region through different strategies such as posters, standees, etc.
Facilitate all departments in Tarbiyah (character building) activities.
Organize special Ramadan activities in Ramadan and other sacred months.
Facilitate mentoring program across all departments operating in the region.
Participate and facilitate SSD in all recreational activities.
Plan and execute Tarbiyah activities such as organizing and conducting workshops for staff and faculty with the assistance of SSD and HR.
Plan and execute community outreach programs in collaboration with the SSD and HR.
Plan and conduct trainings of teachers and staff of Riphah International Colleges.
Coordinate with UBM in regards to Shari’ah compliance issues within the region.
Supervise and manage Life and Living Courses across all departments in under-graduation and post-graduation programs.
Supervise and manage PGD program.
To teach assign courses as per faculty workload policy.
